We welcome intelligence that helps people. Sometimes the better answer comes from a machine. Sometimes it comes from the person who questions it. We believe people should set the goals, retain meaningful control, and hold the organisations using these tools accountable.
For us, “superior” is a standard to earn through useful results: a shorter wait, a better decision, more time for what matters. It could describe human judgment, a machine’s capability, or what they achieve together.
Being in charge should mean being able to check, challenge, correct or stop a system—and reach someone who can put things right.
